Welfare Foundation’s internship program offers learning opportunity and on-the-job experience to recent public health graduates with professional interest in health management and research. The selected interns will have great opportunity to improve their professional skills and employ theoretical/academic knowledge in practice. After completion of the internship program the most successful interns will be offered jobs in the organization.
The required qualifications:
- Master degree in public health, health management or related disciplines;
- Excellent English skills (both verbal and writing);
- Knowledge and understanding of health care system organization and financing in Georgia;
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Knowledge of NGOs programs specifics;
- Understanding of health system financing and diabetes issues is highly desirable.
